Careem, creating ‘the everything app’ for MENA, simplifying mobility, food and grocery orders, payments, and beyond, was acquired by Uber for $3.1 billion USD in 2019, it emerged as the region’s largest unicorn.

In 2023, it underwent a significant rebrand, and I was part of the key team members responsible for its transformation.
